This management role requires solid ownership and technical depth, leading the engineering team in implementing high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery and execution for the Platform Services group
Own feature development for financial planning and reporting
Drive architectural consistency for data models across the platform
Manage platform migration initiatives using secure strategies
Mentor and develop software engineers for high performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 8 years in software engineering, preferably in SaaS
Robust SQL and relational database expertise
Experience with API design and integration solutions
Familiar with Agile software development practices
