Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Manager to support operations at one of our key client locations in Montreal. This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated skilled who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence.
Location: Montreal-Nord, QC
Salary: $46K-48K
Schedule: 11 AM to 11 PM
12-hour shifts (PM availability required)
Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per week
Candidates must be versatile and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when needed
Key Responsibilities
Monitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance records
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teams
Communicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholders
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activities
Drive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are met
Anticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutions
Provide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns, and operational requirements
Support employees and client representatives with professionalism and courtesy at all times
Maintain ongoing oversight of site operations and respond promptly to urgent issues as they arise
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and French (Spoken, written and verbal)
Preferred supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, staffing, or similar environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Must have reliable transportation
Comfortable working extended shifts and responding quickly to operational emergencies when required
Ability to build positive relationships with employees and client representatives
