Become the Program Director for the Youth Recovery House at The Bridge Youth & Family Services in Kelowna, BC. Lead impactful substance use treatment initiatives for youth. The Bridge is expanding and looking for a Program Director to oversee clinical operations at the Youth Recovery House.

With more than 50 years of experience supporting youth, you will play a key role in creating a secure and engaging setting. Your leadership will guide staff, ensuring that our services align with best practices in substance use recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical supervision for a diverse recovery team
Ensure adherence to program standards and safety protocols
Spearhead the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II program
Collaborate on community initiatives and committees
Mentor and evaluate program staff for qualified growth Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral field
5+ years of management experience in substance use treatment
Experience in facility-based recovery programs
Knowledge of youth and family dynamics
