About the job RQ08836 - Software Developer - Senior Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" and consultants will be required to work onsite at the work location 3 days a week and 2 days from home. Extension(s) only allowed using unused days/funds left on contract. No additional funds will be added beyond maximum contract value.

HSC may exercise its option(s) to extend a SOW beyond March 31, 2026 using unused days/funds left on the contract. Developing and maintaining system design models, program codes, technical documentation and specifications Conducting research and assessment of options for technical design issues Contributing to design/development project plans, including work breakdown and resources estimates Assist with data validation testing Assist and ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements Support User acceptance testing, defect management, resolution. Ensuring compliance with architecture framework and system standards, and Agile Development Methodology Leading-edge technologies, design criteria including usability, security, and privacy for web and mobile applications Knowledge transfer and documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager and Manager.

Technical Skills

Experience in structured methodologies for development, design, implementation and maintenance of multi-tiered Web based, Client/Server and mobile applications ~ Experience with relational database technologies (MS SQL 2012 and later), data modelling, T‑SQL, stored procedures, tables/views, query optimization ~ Microsoft SSRS) and ETL tool (e.g. Microsoft SSIS) ~5+years experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and issue tracking systems. ~2+ years experience developing business solutions with MS Dynamics 365 and PowerApps including Portal, driven application, Common Data Services, Power BI, and Power automate. ~ Experience with integration of PowerApps, Power Automate with Office 365.
