Kelowna's ARC Liquor on Harvey Avenue and Glenmore are looking for a friendly, reliable Liquor Store Clerk to join our team! Are you passionate about customer service, wine, and local craft beers? Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Upsell products to enhance customer experience and boost sales
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
Answer phone inquiries professionally and promptly
Demonstrate featured products when needed
Support other team tasks as required

Must-Have Qualifications:
19+ years of age with a valid Serving It Right certificate
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable with physical work: standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs




Experience in customer service or retail (any field)

Nice to Have:
Experience in beer, wine, or liquor sales
Knowledge of craft beers, spirits, and wine
Ability to upsell and build rapport with customers
Positive team player who gets along well with others
