Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, you will develop and execute an aligned People & Culture strategy. With over 12 years of HR experience and a team leadership role, your focus will be on operational excellence and governance frameworks.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
12+ years in progressive HR roles with global exposure
10+ years leading HR advisory teams internationally
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation
Solid consulting and stakeholder management skills
