Communications is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in their Edmonton Head Office.
Your role will be crucial in providing leadership, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, leveraging your technical and organizational skills for successful project outcomes and company growth. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Service and Cabling operations
Provide direction to Team Leads and technical staff
Support cabling projects and customer satisfaction
Identify efficiency and cost control prospects
Oversee budgets and operational documentation Requirements:
3–5 years supervisory experience in a technical setting
Degree or Diploma in a related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of operational planning and estimating
