Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, and requires an understanding of building codes and safety regulations. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, roofs, and flooring using various materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
Ensure all installations are plumb and level to meet quality standards.
Install siding, roofing, and flooring with precision and attention to detail.
Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in structures for weatherproofing.
Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace while adhering to safety protocols.




Lift heavy materials as required during construction activities.

Skills
Proficient in installation techniques for various carpentry projects.
Strong ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
Knowledge of roofing systems, siding installation, flooring techniques, and concrete forming.
Experience with caulking applications for sealing joints effectively.
Capable of heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
Familiarity with operating power tools safely in a construction setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
