Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in printing and finishing work to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and project requirements. Your work will encompass a wide range of print media, ensuring high-quality output through meticulous finishing processes. Responsibilities
Develop engaging visual designs for print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, tickets, forms and signs ensuring consistency with brand identity.
Create digital graphics
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet specifications.
Prepare artwork for printing and oversee the printing process to ensure quality standards are met.
Execute finishing tasks such as cutting, laminating, binding, and assembling printed materials to produce polished final products.
Use software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to design and prototype projects.




Maintain organized project files and documentation to streamline workflow and facilitate revisions or future projects.

Skills
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of typography principles and visual design fundamentals.
Experience in digital design
Ability to execute high-quality printing and finishing work with precision; familiarity with printing processes like lamination, binding, cutting and mounting.
Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively to clients or team members.
Creative mindset combined with technical expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions that captivate audiences.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
