Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook grilled items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
Handle food safely, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines
Assist in meal preparation for various menu items as needed
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
Follow all safety procedures related to kitchen equipment and food handling

Qualifications




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Robust understanding of meal preparation, especially grilling techniques
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred
Valuable communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: $17.00-$20.36 per hour
