Do you have a passion for cars? Maclin Ford is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The perferred candidate will have Ford Parts Department Experience and be able to work cooperatively in quick paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Use of Snap-on Cataloguing Program
Use of CDK (DMS) to provide accurate sales and quotes to internal and external customers
Answer Telephone calls and respond to internet and email requests
Receive payment from retail customers
Accurate picking of orders for shipment
Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Qualifications and Skills
Microcat/Snap on Catalogue Experience
Experience using a DMS (CDK is an asset)
Excellent Interpersonal skills and attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills




Organized with solid attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
Self motivated team player as well as an individual contributor

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
