Luftstrom Manufacturing produces large industrial components used in heavy-duty operating environments. Our work involves structural fabrication, heavy plate welding, and precision assembly.

We are looking for skilled welders who take pride in quality workmanship and professional standards.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG, FCAW, and Sub-Arc welding
Weld structural and heavy plate assemblies
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
Fit and tack components prior to welding
Maintain dimensional accuracy and weld quality

Qualifications
3–5+ years of industrial welding experience
Experience working with carbon steel plate
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Strong understanding of weld distortion control

CWB certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Overtime available after probation
