We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a multi-trade maintenance team in a quick-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will supervise electricians, plumbers, drivers, maintenance technicians, and other skilled trades personnel, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians, plumbers, drivers, mechanics, and other maintenance staff.
Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance and repair work.
Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Coordinate with operations and management teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintain maintenance records.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues.
Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
Order and manage tools, equipment,



and maintenance supplies as required.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and multiple trades.
Experience supervising electricians, plumbers, drivers, mechanics, or other skilled trades personnel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications
Trade certification or technical diploma is an asset.
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, industrial plants, or large facility operations.
Valid driver's license.
