Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000 per year earning ability. Group Perks.

Job Type: Full time, in-office (with some latitude for limited home office practice) Edmonton Office.

The role involves handling employment/workplace matters, human rights complaints, and civil litigation cases, providing legal advice to clients, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of two years of employment law practice experience and be able to make a positive contribution to a firm culture emphasizing collegiality, mutual respect and team building between lawyers and staff.
Legal research, Writing, and Document drafting skills
Experience in labour, employment, and litigation is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Client management and Communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Experience with wrongful dismissal matters and employment contracts
A member of positive standing with the Law Society of Alberta
