Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trucks and equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of heavy-duty mechanics and a robust work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using electronic diagnostic equipment and other tools
Order and replace parts as needed
Keep detailed records of all work performed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a heavy-duty mechanic
Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a certified Heavy Duty Mechanic program
Possession of a valid Heavy Duty Mechanic license (preferred)
