We are seeking an experienced Head Designer & Product Development to join a leading apparel company. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially driven professional with a passion for developing trend-right collections from concept through production.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of licensed and private label apparel collections.
Research fashion and consumer trends to create innovative, market-driven products.
Manage the full product development process, including design, tech packs, sampling, fit approvals, costing, and production handoff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products on time.
Ensure collections align with brand standards,



quality expectations, and business objectives.

Qualifications:
7–10+ years of apparel design and product development experience.
Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle.
Licensing experience is required.
Robust knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit, costing, and manufacturing.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced workplace.
