Duties
Perform skilled massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage to meet client needs.
Assess client conditions and discuss their wellness goals to customize treatment plans effectively.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing workplace by adhering to sanitation standards and organizational policies.
Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels, treatment procedures, and aftercare recommendations.
Keep detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment notes for future reference.




Stay informed about the latest massage therapy practices and certifications to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Promote additional wellness services or products when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client conditions.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions or concerns.
Ability to maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele.
Certification in CPR or first aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if necessary.
