Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage employee relations while supporting the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the human resources department, ensuring productive processes and compliance with policies.
Manage talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a supportive work setting.
Utilize HR software systems such as TruckRight for employee management.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their development.
Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to foster positive relationships within the workplace.




Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure organizational compliance.

Skills
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures specific to the trucking industry.
Proficiency in HR software systems.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent employee relations skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
Experience in talent acquisition processes including interviewing techniques.
Knowledge of training development strategies to enhance workforce capabilities.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal relationships.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
