Job Summary

I am seeking a caring, reliable, responsible and experienced Nanny to provide in-home childcare in a protected, supportive and nurturing setting.

Main Duties

· Supervise and care for the child in the employer's residence.

· Bathe and dress the child.

· Change diapers and potty train.

· Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.

· Prepare the child for daily naps.

· Oversee all child's activities

· Maintain a clean, secure and healthy environment in the home

· Organize educational and recreational activities.

· Escort the child to appointments and activities, as required.

· Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social and educational development.





· Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.

· Perform light housekeeping related to the care of the children.

· Keep the parent informed of the child's daily activities and well-being.

Qualifications

· Completion of secondary school.

· At least one year of Childcare experience

· Valid First Aid/CPR certificate or willingness to obtain before employment commences.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English.

· Dependable, patient and organized.

· Criminal record check required.
