In this role, you will report to the Manager of IT Solutions and implement crucial IT solutions aligned with business goals. You'll be engaged in developing and modifying web-based applications and coordinating IT projects. Your expertise in software applications and advanced database skills will be key in supporting PLASP’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify complex system software applications
• Design user interfaces and application logic with Microsoft .NET
• Monitor database performance and data integrity




• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
• Assist in user training for developed applications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related experience in IT support
• Proficient in SQL Server and MS Access platforms
• Solid analytical skills and project management ability
• Familiarity with business application support and development
