Cobourg Kia is seeking an automotive detailer to join our expanding team.

With high-volume new vehicle deliveries and a large, growing pre-owned inventory, we are in need of an individual who pays close attention to detail, possesses a strong work ethic, effective time management skills, and a willingness to succeed.

Join our team as an Automotive Detailer and be part of a energetic and fast-paced work environment where attention to detail is key. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are presented in pristine condition to customers.

Duties:
Clean and detail vehicles according to company standards
Wash, wax, and buff vehicles
Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery
Perform exterior polishing
Ensure all areas of the vehicle are properly cleaned, including windows and wheels
Inspect vehicles for any defects or damage post-detailing

-Customer shuttle

-Other duties as assigned

Skills:
Experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required; we provide training.

-Experienced applicants will be considered for a higher rate of pay




Robust attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
Customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching

-Ability to work in loud environments with variable temperatures and use of various chemicals and cleaning products

-Knowledge of safety precautions

-Valid Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract is required

-A Criminal Background check may be required

Rate of pay is $18.00 to 22.00 per hour (based on experience)
