This energetic role involves hands-on engagement in the Health, Safety & Setting team. You will lead safety program administration, conduct field inspections, and develop compliance systems while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and administer the Health and Safety Management System
• Conduct field inspections and safety observations
• Develop and deliver engaging safety training content




• Manage contractor compliance and documentation systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects

Requirements:
• 5+ years in safety within mechanical construction or related fields
• Experience with contractor compliance systems
• Proven track record in safety training and program delivery
• Robust knowledge of safety legislation in Western Canada
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
