Our client, a well-established general contractor with over 30 years in the industry, is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia and oversee commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule are maintained
Coordinate and manage all subtrades, suppliers, and site logistics
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment between site and office
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress photos
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and inspectors to address issues and keep projects moving
Track and report progress, costs, and any required changes

Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial TI construction
Knowledge of construction sequencing, site safety practices, and subtrade coordination
Experience working on financial institution or bank projects is a robust asset
Proficient with construction software tools (Procore, Smartsheet,



Site Docs, MS Teams)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on-site
