SPM Financial, based in London, Ontario, seeks a Client Service Specialist to perform administrative processing for insurance and investment services. You will handle application prep, account updates, deposits, withdrawals, and beneficiary changes under advisor direction.
You will work from a centralized queue, ensure accuracy and compliance, maintain records in EquiSoft, and build specialized product knowledge with room to grow within our Advisor Support Model.
