Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist in our Calgary, AB office to support day-to-day HR operations across Canada and the U.S., partnering with employees and leaders to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee‑focused HR practices. This role supports employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, perks administration, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and employee relations matters

Support full-cycle recruitment and new hire onboarding

Administer advantages programs and support U.S. open enrollment

Support RRSP and 401K plans

Maintain and support enhancements within the company HRIS (Dayforce)





Support performance management processes, training, and compliance

Assist with HR policies, audits, reporting, and culture initiatives

Maintain employee records in both Canada and USA

Qualifications

Diploma in HR, Business, or related field is an asset

3–5 years of HR Generalist experience

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment

Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws are a must

Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
