Alstar Group is seeking a Journeyman or Apprentice Crane Operator for its Calgary shop. Candidates should possess robust skills in crane operation, safety protocols, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cranes to lift and position heavy loads safely
• Conduct pre-use inspections of all lifting gear
• Perform complex tasks under varying outdoor conditions




• Report to the assigned foreman and follow directions
• Ensure effective and protected operations in the manufacturing facility

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Ticket in crane operation
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• CSO, WHMIS 2015, and Fall Protection certifications
• Current driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
