IDP is looking for an experienced mechanic to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers’ trucks. This hands-on position ensures safety and efficiency, supporting our operational goals. Your ability to work collaboratively with the service team will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability
• Diagnose and repair brake, engine, and transmission issues
• Maintain explicit documentation of service performed
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders
• Share technical expertise with junior mechanics
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant mechanic experience
• Robust knowledge of diesel engines and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting
• Possession of a valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
• Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
