You will manage documentation for filings with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This role involves close interaction with foreign agents and effective email communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file patent and trademark applications
• Manage the docket and ensure deadlines are met




• Draft correspondence for clients and agents

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Legal Assistant in Intellectual Property
