You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and work closely with contractors to address challenges. Your leadership will drive a diverse and equitable team toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and implementation phases of trackwork
• Monitor contractor performance and contract compliance
• Engage in meetings to resolve key project issues
• Review schedules, updates,



and financial reports
• Report significant project concerns to leadership

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering; Civil or Mechanical preferred
• Experience managing underground transit projects
• Certified PMP or similar credentials ideal
• Robust grasp of construction practices and regulations
• Ability to conduct site visits with Ontario Driver's Licence
