Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
Measure, cut, assemble, align, and install formwork systems for concrete footings, foundations, walls, columns, beams, and slabs.
Build, erect, and dismantle both conventional and flying formwork systems, as well as gang wall forms.
Assemble and install shoring towers and scaffolding falsework safely.
Operate power, pneumatic, and manual hand tools effectively and safely.
Perform quality checks on completed formwork prior to concrete pours.

Skill & Experience Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of direct experience in concrete formwork, framing, or heavy concrete construction.
Language: Functional English.
Robust knowledge of job-site safety protocols and occupational health standards.
