This senior role involves leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, developing sourcing strategies, and enhancing the candidate experience. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, influence recruitment practices, and ensure diversity and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
- Manage full cycle recruitment processes
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers
- Coach managers in effective interviewing techniques
- Attend recruitment events and represent the company Requirements:
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Bilingual in English & French (asset)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid problem-solving and influencing skills
