- Manage and direct a team of Transmission Line Engineers

- Conduct quality audits on designs and execute improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with all design industry standards

- 10+ years in power transmission line design
- Engineering degree and registration with provincial association
- Proficient with PLS software and industry standards
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
