Room 8 Group is seeking a Technical Game Designer to drive gameplay on a large-scale social multiplayer experience built in Unreal Engine 5. You will own the design of the 3Cs, mini-games, metagame, and the quality of every feature shipped.

This hybrid role blends game design and technical design. You should prototype in-engine, script workflows, and mentor peers while delivering autonomous, high-quality results across platforms.
