Employees work 12-hour shifts performing physically demanding drilling, maintenance, and safety-related tasks while receiving ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career with Canada’s leading drilling rig contractor.
Perks & advantages Up to $55.70/hr
Motorhand wage: $42.80/hr
Derrickhand wage: $48.70/hr
Driller wage: $55.70/hr
$5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Drillers
$4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Derrickhands
$3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Motorhands

14 days on / 7 days off rotation
20 days on / 10 days off rotation
