As part of Dillon’s Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will lead project designs, manage collaborative teams and enhance community infrastructure through creative engineering solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in developing new business prospects and mentoring junior engineers on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage detailed design for utility and road projects
Provide direction to design teams including junior staff
Build relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
Contribute to business development efforts
Participate in qualified associations and committees
Requirements:
Degree in civil engineering with 10 years’ experience
Eligible for licensure in Manitoba
Proven leadership and business development skills
Experience in municipal infrastructure design
