As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product Strategy team, you will be pivotal in resolving complex production issues while collaborating with implementation and development teams. You'll leverage your expertise in SaaS full-stack development to streamline deployments and improve observability across our systems. Your insights will drive key advancements in our AI-enhanced product strategy, playing an significant role in shaping our platform's future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical triage for production issue resolution
• Design and implement configuration changes and integrations
• Build internal tools and CLI scripts for operational efficiency
• Enhance dashboards and alerts to monitor system health
• Collaborate on product improvements based on field insights
Requirements:
• 6+ years in SaaS or enterprise applications
