As an Associate in the Retail Distribution team, you will engage in sales coaching through phone and video sessions with Personal Bankers. Your primary goal is to enhance awareness of BMO GAM's investment products while building supporting tools and presentations. Collaboration with Regional Sales Managers will help develop sales strategies within Personal and Business Banking channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote BMO GAM investments through internal channels
• Conduct coaching sessions for Personal Bankers




• Create sales tools and presentations for internal use
• Analyze metrics to identify training prospects
• Act as a point of contact for investment-related queries

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in financial services sales
• Bilingual in French and English
• Robust communication and presentation skills
• Completion of IFIC or CSC preferred
• Proven relationship management experience
