Medavie Health NL is seeking a Coordinator for the Provincial PAD Program. This position will develop and implement the PAD program across Newfoundland and Labrador while supporting vital programs related to Medical First Response and Disaster Management. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of the Public Access Defibrillation program
• Monitor and address safety concerns regarding PAD sites




• Coordinate training delivery for PAD instructors
• Track and report status of PAD sites and registrations
• Promote PAD programs in communities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in healthcare or related field
• Minimum five years paramedic experience, two in leadership
• Experience in adult education and training
• Solid communication skills
• Proficient in project management practices
