The Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) spans 12 months and includes two structured phases: Enhanced Orientation, where you’ll be paired with a Clinical Guide, and Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship. You will enhance your nursing skills while ensuring patient safety and well-being, advocating for families, and leading a holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality patient-centered nursing services
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans
• Advocate for patients and families in care settings




• Support health promotion and community wellness initiatives
• Engage in critical thinking and effective decision-making

Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Eligibility for CRNA practice permit
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Recent graduation within 12 months of start date
• Review UNA Letter of Understanding #29 before interview
