• Log and triage JIRA tickets for timely resolution

• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance

Requirements:

• Robust Excel skills along with exposure to SQL/Python
• Industry knowledge with 0 to 2 years of experience
• Undergraduate degree in a related field required
