Lead the Making Waves program as an Aquatic Supervisor in Brampton. This role focuses on solid leadership, team development, and quality assurance while upholding Company Core Values.

As an Aquatic Supervisor, you'll provide key leadership to both Aquatic and Administrative staff. Your responsibilities include training, mentoring, and fostering a motivated team workplace. You'll ensure that all staff meet quality standards and operational guidelines while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff through coaching and issue resolution
• Provide supervision to shift teams and lead by example
• Foster engagement initiatives for workplace morale
• Ensure quality adherence to company guidelines
• Maintain relationships with clients and external partners

Requirements:
• LSS National Lifeguard certification
• LSS Lifesaving Instructor certification
• Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
• 1+ years of staff leadership experience
• Vulnerable Sector Check required
