We are happy for this to be either a hybrid role or remote from anywhere in North America.This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with solid experience in a CGI‑led agency environment to step up into a new role. This will include working closely with Creatives, CGI Artists, Photographers, Retouchers & Film Makers to take ownership of all aspects of production and post‑production processes. and manage production across several concurrent brands and projectsManage all aspects of day‑to‑day production in a CGI‑led studio environmentProactively communicate and manage expectation with clients and client service teams around all aspects of production and project deliveryIdentify and clearly communicate project resource requirements in a consistent, accurate and timely mannerWork with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challengesForecast, request, book, and onboard freelance resource when necessaryNegotiate costings with external providers, ensuring their costs align to budgets and expectationManage all aspects of project documentation management, including estimates, PO’s, NDA’s, MSA’s etc.Manage multiple third‑party supplier relationshipsSKILLS & ABILITIESExperience gained within a CGI‑led studio environment, ideally within a brand or packaging‑centric agencyExperience of pre/post‑production & shooting of video content would be highly advantageousExperience leaning in and working with clients directlyThe ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in accurately identifying project risksAbility to quickly and effectively draft indicative project budgets in advance of concept approvalStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct a team while promoting a positive morale in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environmentProficiency in project management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira,
