Pay and Roles

- Assistant Manager : Hourly rate starting at $19.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
- Store Manager : Hourly rate starting at $21.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses.
- Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 and schedule must be versatile.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.

Employment Details

While the store is a Spirit Halloween consignment location, the employee will be employed by the independent owner and operator. The employer will be solely responsible for employment benefits and wages.
