Opportunity Join our growing Project Management team as a Senior Project Manager. You’ll lead complex design and construction projects as an Owner’s Representative, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life and guiding projects from early planning through to completion.
Location:
Vancouver, Surrey, Langley or Kelowna, BC (remote work options available).
What You’ll Do
Act as an Owner’s Representative across a range of infrastructure projects
Work with a variety of clients, consultants, and interested parties—both internal and external
Lead projects from initiation through to commissioning
Support business development efforts, including proposals and client meetings
Facilitate project meetings and implement Project Management Plans
Mentor and collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and contract administrators
Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met
Identify, assess, and manage project risks
Support public consultation and stakeholder engagement on behalf of clients
Participate in consultation with Indigenous communities, respecting culture and protocols
Coordinate with consultants, utilities, and interested parties to achieve project goals
Travel occasionally for project work
What You’ll Bring
A degree or diploma in a relevant field (engineering, construction management, business, architecture, etc.)
10+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects
Proven ability to lead projects while keeping client priorities front and center
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous groups
PMP or other PMI certification (considered an asset)
Experience working with government clients (considered an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and strong presentation/writing skills
A valid driver’s license and flexibility to split time between office and site
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $125,000 – $165,000 per annum. Compensation is commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
