Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Azure services, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365
• Provide third-level support for cloud operations




• Manage identity-related services including Entra ID
• Monitor service performance and resolve incidents
• Maintain robust documentation in ServiceNow

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of Azure and Microsoft 365 experience
• Knowledge of cloud security and backup technologies
• Hands-on skills in PowerShell and automation tools
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git practices
• Microsoft certifications preferred
