Reporting to the Manager of Facilities Assets & Utilities Planning, you will provide comprehensive electrical engineering services for diverse projects. Your role encompasses oversight of renovations, additions, and modifications to existing buildings, particularly within institutional settings such as labs and classrooms. You will be instrumental in executing designs that uphold safety and regulatory standards while fostering innovation in campus facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide qualified engineering services for diverse projects
• Manage detailed designs for renovation and utility distribution




• Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and University standards
• Liaise with clients and prepare feasibility studies and reports
• Conduct construction reviews and prepare technical documents

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, licensed in Ontario
• At least 5 years' experience in institutional design
• Proficient in AutoCad, MS Project, Excel, and Word
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
