As a Senior Transmission Engineer, you will leverage your technical skills and strong leadership to manage the entire project lifecycle.
Your expertise in transmission line design, including structural analysis and project management, is essential for ensuring secure and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to address complex challenges in both new and existing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for full project cycle management
- Manage transmission line projects, including design and analysis
- Conduct engineering design for optimization and construction
- Oversee engineering deliverables from consultants and vendors
- Support stakeholder engagement and review construction requests
Requirements:
- P.Eng status with APEGA
- Bachelor's in Structural, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years in transmission line design experience
- Proficiency in PLS CADD/POLE/TOWER/CAISSON
- HV underground line experience is an asset
