NovoEd, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for our digital learning platform. You will own 1–2 major projects at a time, shaping solutions from initial exploration through final implementation with a cross-functional team.

You will partner with PMs and engineers to frame problems, iterate quickly, and validate decisions through user research and usability testing. This role values ownership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
