Bally's Interactive is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our energetic IT team in Toronto. You will provide high-quality end-user support for Windows and Mac, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, while owning deployment tools and security for our devices.
You will manage Windows 11 and macOS builds, use Okta and Microsoft 365 apps, and employ Intune, Autopilot and JAMF to keep devices secure and up to date.
