Job Summary:
We are looking for a service driven server to join our front of the house team at Glasstown Brewing Company. You’ll be the face of our guest experience offering attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service that reflects the heart of Glasstown.
Responsibilities:
· Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable table services with guests.
· Take and deliver food and beverage with accuracy and efficiency.
· Recommend beers,
menu items and specials with confidence.
· Maintain clean and organized work areas, especially taproom.
· Communicate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
· Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
· Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy and payment processing.
· Support a positive team atmosphere and lead by example through strong work ethic.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Required:
o Smart serve certification.
o Ability to stand for extended periods.
o Excellent communication, multitasking and customer service skills.
